The obvious guess is that the older couple is Adam and Susan Langle. Some of the boys in front are probably Everett's brothers, and I would guess that the little girl at right on the middle row is Louanna. Does that make the baby with Jennie Everett?

     Frank Langel was employed by Will Stewart as a good lumber (hard to read) in Sep, 1918 in Troy, Miami Co, OH.8
     Due to a need for men to serve during World War I, the United States instituted a draft. The first registration was for men between the ages of 21 and 31. As a result, this first registration included men born between June 5, 1886 and June 5, 1896. Frank Langel filled out a draft card on Sep 11, 1918 Granville, Licking Co, OH. He was described as tall and slender with brown hair and blue eyes.8
